One of the best purchases I got for mom!
This has been one of the best things I got for my mom for her birthday! She loves it! We love the quality and how it is easy to place in our trunk when traveling. Highly recommend for anyone who is considering this scooter!

Amazing mobility scooter, incredibly premium.
This mobility scooter is amazing. I got this for my grandparents and I was able to assemble it quite fast with not too much trouble. It’s very easy to fold and pop out again if you ever need to store it again for use later. The wheels are solid and contain no air, so they’ll last a LONG time. You can easily put a basket on the front and use this to go to the local convenience store and pick up food. The speed on this thing is surprisingly fast, but not fast enough to scare any older folk from using it. It’s more than powerful enough to go up a steep hill and it is extremely comfortable to sit in.It comes with two batteries that are easy to recharge and they charge pretty fast and last quite a long time. I can’t stress enough how comfortable the seat is. It’s also very easy to take off the seat to make the scooter extra slim to store away. Overall, even though this scooter is quite pricey, you get what you pay for and this is definitely worth the price!

Excellent little scooter!
This is a great scooter for anybody that needs a little extra mobility! Super easy to assemble. Easy to operate. Smooth acceleration. I love that it comes with an extra battery, as well as a dedicated 2nd battery compartment so you can swap out on the go. Quality is fantastic. While you shouldn’t offroad with this, it’s built to handle a variety of surfaces. Speed is good for what it is. It could be a touch faster for those who need to commute to the store. A high/low speed selector would have been nice. It’s easy to fold up and load into a vehicle due to its weight, though those with poor upper body strength may struggle. The color isn’t my first choice. I’m never one who wants to stand out, and the bright orange does just that. Though this could help with safety and being seen.

Light and portable.
Most of the mobility vehicles are heavy and hard to transport. Having a heavy mobility vehicle limits me from easily being able to carry it everywhere and from going anywhere. I got this one specifically because of its claims of being light weight and portable. It comes in a well thick cardboard packaged box and all the parts are protected well and tightly packed. The scooter was not very complicated to put together. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is not very difficult to lift it and put it in the trunk and easy to unload it. It was easy to assemble and dis-assemble for transport. It is lightweight and easy to handle. This is the only scooter I found where you are not required to disassemble the seat and battery during transport. You can simply carry it in its entirety in a trunk of the car. This scooter runs well on paved smooth roads but is not great for dirt roads or on gravel. My main reason for getting this was to have scooter that I could lift to store in the car trunk, and this accomplishes that.

Good construction. Great for level terrain, but not for use on steep slopes.
This review is of the SuperHandy Four Wheel Mobility Scooter. This Superhandy mobility scooter is a nicely made portable transport device that is luggable by one person. The instructions are well written, and assembly is easy. It took me about thirty minutes to unbox and assemble it. The package comes with two hex wrenches, but you will also need 13mm and 14mm socket wrenches (and a socket extension) to bolt the seat together and fasten the front wheels. All the components fit together precisely. The fit and finish are excellent.Fully assembled, the entire scooter weighed fifty pounds including both batteries. The seat must be removed to fold the scooter which subtracts about ten pounds. Although it’s not light and is a little awkward, one person can lug it and hoist it into a vehicle. The ergonomics of the scooter are good. The seat has dense foam cushions under a synthetic leather cover. There is a space under the seat to store the spare battery. The handgrips are rubber and very grippy. Although both the handlebars and seat have adjustable height, most people will have them at their highest position where the seat is 17.5 inches above the deck, similar to a standard chair. On the left handlebar is the power button, a forward/reverse switch, and a handbrake which operates the single drum brake in the right rear wheel. No key is necessary to operate the scooter (which may be a drawback if you are concerned about someone driving off with it). On the right handlebar is a thumb lever throttle and a battery gauge with green/yellow/red LEDs to indicate the charge remaining.Superhandy includes two 48V 2.0 amp-hour batteries and they sell an upgraded 4.0 Ah battery. Replacement batteries are currently selling for $140 (2.0 Ah) or $150 (4.0 Ah) on Amazon. The four tires are solid rubber and have excellent grip. Because the tires are quite small, I would be concerned that they could wear out relatively quickly. I contacted Superhandy and they sell replacement tires for $20 and the motorized tire for $105 plus shipping. The almost silent motor engages immediately when you press the throttle. The handlebar steering is adequate, and I measured a turning radius of four feet at the inside front tire. The motorized right rear axle sticks out about an inch and a half more than the left and you need to be careful when taking a right turn that you don’t hit something with it.On smooth surfaces the ride is pleasant even though the solid rubber tires don’t provide much cushioning. However, over rough pavement or bumps, you will feel it. The rear wheels are unsprung, and though there are control arms with coil springs in front, they don’t really isolate you from the road much. The Amazon listing claims a range of 6.5 miles on each 2.0 amp-hour battery. That could be true under ideal conditions with a smooth level surface and lightweight rider. I weigh just over 200 lbs. and, on an asphalt, mostly level path I rode for just over an hour using full throttle almost all the time. After four miles, the battery light had been on red for a while, and though it could have gone further, there was no way it was going to hit 6.5 miles. I decided to stop and recharge. Recharging the battery took just over two hours. On level ground I clocked the speed of the scooter at 3.9 mph which should be adequate to keep pace with other people on foot. The speed remained pretty constant whether the battery charge level was green, yellow, or red.I tried the scooter on a steep hill in my neighborhood, one that was too steep for my two-wheel electric recreational scooter to climb. The Superhandy scooter surprisingly had adequate torque to climb the hill. However, coming back down, the scooter’s single brake wasn’t adequate to handle the descent. The scooter rapidly picked up speed going downhill. The lone brake on the right rear wheel made a disconcerting “thunking” noise during application. The right rear wheel also felt like it was skidding when I applied the brake hard enough to slow down and the descent just didn’t feel secure. In fairness to Superhandy, the manual explicitly states that the scooter should be used at no more than on a 5° slope. For people with mobility issues, this scooter is quite nice for easily getting around, ideally inside a building or on smoothly paved level surfaces. Although it can climb hills admirably, don’t buy this expecting to use it going down a steep street where you might live.

Top-of-the-line scooter for all ages.
The power of the scooter is remarkable. Awesome all terrain feature can maneuver in soft sand and tall grass. The handlebars have a very comfortable grip. The cushion seat is high quality with a supportive back and long lasting battery life. Has a quick turnaround charge time, my favorite part is the battery indicator so you always know how much juice is left. Scooter is perfect to get around to the store or stroll through the park. Quick to assemble and has easy to use settings. Lightweight scooter is portable and has an extremely convenient collapsible design. This sleek modern design is great for people of all ages and all capabilities. A great value for money.

Great lightweight scooter for somewhat able people
I am very impressed with this scooter, for the appropriate situations. This is a light-weight get-about that is not intended to replace a full power mobility chair, but is a very handy and effective way of providing mobility to those who need the assist. I think the company name is perfect for this product: SuperHandy! It arrived in a large box, that was awkwardly heavy for one person because it was so wide. It was relatively easy for me to drag it to where I needed it by one of the side handles (they were reinforced with plastic overlays). The machine was well-packed mostly assembled in the box, and again, could be awkward for one person to lift out, but I managed. I preferred that to having to do more assembly of the machine. The instructions were clear and I was able to assemble it in about 20 minutes with the two Allen wrenches provided, but two more wrenches were needed to install the front wheels and the seat to the seat shaft but not included (I used an adjustable/crescent wrench). **I HIGHLY recommend in ALL cases of assembling something that will have impact to your safety that you check all pre-assembled fasteners before using the product.** Everything pre-assembled seemed well tightened, except the fastener for the handlebar shaft (see two pics, one with Allen wrench in it), which was out of alignment because it was a bit loose, and the handlebars would get out of alignment if turned past the turning radius of the wheels. It took about one full turn of the screw to tighten it properly. I am 5’9″ and I was able to raise the handlebars to a position comfortable for me.The batteries both had charge in them, but I charged them both fully before operating the scoot. It took about 1.5 hours to charge from about 50-60% to 100%. I really appreciate having a second battery – imagine being out somewhere and running out of charge, and no way to scoot home or to a safe place. The on-board back-up battery provides that security. They both snap firmly into place in their respective holders and remove easily when necessary.I took the scoot to pick up some items at a big box store. It was a bit awkward for me by myself to get it through my house doors, down my front steps and lifted into my truck bed, but it was doable (it would be much easier to handle it with two people). I found what was easiest for me was to remove the seat and fold the handlebars down instead of collapsing the shaft. One thing I really would like to see on this device is some sort of handhold at each end of it to easily pick it up. I will likely add a bolt-on handgrip on each end somehow to make it easier for me. I removed the battery to make it a little lighter before lifting.Once I got to the store, I parked out in the parking lot, unloaded and put the seat back on the scoot, and headed into the store. The ride was okay in the rougher parking lot, but a bit bumpy (also, be very aware of traffic!). The seat felt solid and didn’t wobble. The scoot accelerates quickly from a standstill, but reaches top speed very quickly and then slowly cruises. Once in the store, the ride was smooth and pretty comfortable. I am 180 pounds and it didn’t even notice my weight. The single-wheel brake worked pretty well, but I would be careful and test it on stronger inclines before committing to it, and the parking brake worked well and was easy to release. The only issue for me with comfort is that the back of the seat is low, and I could not lean back very comfortably, like if I wanted to stop and hang out with someone for a while, but it provided good support in the driving position. The footboard is sturdy and didn’t flex during use.The scoot cruised at what I would consider a good speed for being in a populated store, and drove smoothly and well with no hiccups. I had to go to the very far back corner to the pick-up area and back out again. The turning radius is not tight but was fine for a big box store, and it was easy to back out of spots if necessary. The included basket was a big help when I picked up my items – they were a little heavy and the basket held them just fine with no warping. Back at the truck, it was quick/easy enough to take off the seat, fold the handlebars down and load the scoot. A good trip. When I got home I tested the scoot on my gravel driveway. It did fine, although it was bumpy. I still had power and traction, but went slowly because of the bumpiness. I tried to climb the full curb from driveway to sidewalk while sitting on it, but it wouldn’t do that. I don’t see that as a function of this kind of vehicle, anyway. It was easy enough to straddle the scoot, pick up the front end over the curb, drive forward to get the back wheels against the curb, and then get the back wheels up without my weight on it. And once in the house, I checked all of the tires – after all of that including a gravel driveway, the tire treads still looked brand new once I brushed a little dust off of the rear ones. And the battery showed as only being down one bar and still green on the handlebar indicator after all that use.One note is it has a bell on the left handlebar, but it took me a moment to figure it out. You pull the ringer downward with your thumb, not side-to-side like a regular bike bell, and when it springs back it strikes the bell housing and makes the ding sound.I think this scoot would be perfect for someone with a hurt foot, ankle, leg, etc., or who has a hard time walking/standing, or who just needs a bit of a boost. It would be ideal for shopping, hotels, malls, cruise ships, casinos, retirement neighborhoods, etc. It would go well in elevators. The only drawback I see is someone who cannot lift awkward weight would need a helper or maybe a ramp or lift system to load it into a vehicle. I am really sold on this scoot and think the designer/manufacturer did a great job with it for its intended purpose (light mobility assist). Two thumbs up for a great product!! :)Edit: I forgot to say when you are installing the seat post into the receiver on the body of the scoot, make very sure the pin drops down into the two channels on the receiver (photo), for stability and safety. And after using the scoot for a couple weeks now, I am still 100% sold on it. Great product! 🙂

Excellent quality, very sturdy, comfortable, good battery life.
* Overall Impression:-This is a good value for an excellent quality mobility scooter with 2 batteries that’s easy to use and comfortable to sit in.-Be sure it’s not too large and long in the length for your home or use, and that it’s not too heavy for your to pick up if you need to. Assembled it weighs about 47 pounds.-It’s pretty close in size to the length and size of scooters you see in stores for customers to use who need them. It’s not much larger or smaller than those, so picture that size when you picture the size of this.* Pros-what I liked and what worked well:-Good value for the style, features and quality.-Excellent quality in the materials, and construction. It’s very well made and the quality is excellent. It was even nicer in person than I thought it would be in the pictures. The company that makes it makes household and lawn home improvement and care devices, and it looks like it was made by a company like that. You can tell when you look at it, it was very well made.-Good weight capacity at a maximum of 330 pounds (do not go over this weight).-4 wheeled, stable. (You install the front 2 wheels, it’s easy to do. The back 2 are preinstalled.)-Battery operated. 2 rechargeable batteries included (you can get more, but they’re a little pricey).-Batteries are 48V, 2Ah Li-Ion (lithium ion)-Charging cord included. You charge the battery out of the scooter, in the same way you would a standard household battery operated home improvement device, the battery size is about the same and they charge in a similar way.-Quick charging batteries. Charging time per battery: 1.5 hours (1 hour and 30 minutes) (90 minutes)-You can see the remaining battery level during use on a light on the handlebar. (See instructions.) Lights will show (3 LED lights, not a number read out) 100%, 70%, 30% battery capacity.-250 W brushless motor.-Very quiet during use, it’s almost silent. It’s not going to be noisy or distracting to you or others when you use it. It’s actually so quiet others aren’t likely to hear your ride up next to them on it, so you may want to note that people may not hear you ride up, near or behind them, due to how quiet it is and use caution.-Adjustable height of both the seat and the handlebars.-Handlebar height range: 23.6” – 38.2”-Seat height range: 21.3” – 23.6”-Has a parking brake (always deploy this when you’re not using it).-Has hand controls a lot like a standard scooter or powered bicycle. You use hand controls for all the control and there are no foot pedals or foot controls.-Comfortable, padded seat with a mid back. It’s not a tall back, but a mid-low back style. There is no headrest, armrest and it doesn’t go further than your mid back. It’s similar to a lawn mower size seat in height and width, but more comfortable. It has a faux leather style finish that you can wipe clean.-Seat size: 17” x 15” (the main seat cushion).-Has a reverse mode for traveling in reverse. Reverse speed 1.5 mph.-Front suspension for a less bumpy ride. It does have a smooth ride.-Nice wheels that are rated flat-free, puncture free, maintenance free and require no air to be added or checked, as they are solid plastic and not air filled.-Wheel size: 6.7 inches, clearance 2.5 inches.-Drum manual brake (on the handlebar).-Folds up for storage or to put in a vehicle for travel.-Folded dimensions: (be sure it will fit in your vehicle or trunk) 41.7” (length) x 23.6 (width)” x 38.2” (folded height)-Assembled weight: 47 pounds (the amount you have to be able to lift to move it to a vehicle or down steps). Disassembled the main body (without the seat, basket, battery and front 2 tires) weighs 37 pounds.-Good amount of leg room for those with longer legs. Your feet are in front of you a bit, not right under you. I’m shorter and I found it comfortable, my taller husband with longer legs also found it comfortable.-Has a small fold-able, removable fabric basket you can use to store your purse or a bag.-Has a place to carry your extra battery under the seat, has a battery holder (the orange holder under the seat in the pictures) under the seat to secure and hold your extra battery. (Note that this is not where the battery installs, it installs from behind the seat, you can’t install it while seated.)-Powerful and moves with ease.-Speed range: top speed of 3.7 mph (miles per hour) with a 6.5 mile range per battery (with 2 batteries you get a maximum of 13 miles at top speed, it may be more if you go slower).-There is an optional 4Ah battery you can purchase as well for extended use, it’s not included.-Minimal assembly, fairly easy to assemble. Some people may need some assistance or a helper.-Instructions included. The instructions were very well done and easy to understand for the light assembly and on how to use it. Be sure and read the instructions before assembly or use.-2 small Allen wrenches included to assist in assembly.-Has no unpleasant odor to it on the scooter itself or during use.* Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well:-No storage bag or cover included for the entire scooter. It would have been nice to have one to use with it for travel or storage to enclose the entire scooter.* Tips & Thoughts:-The assembly required isn’t too difficult and they include good instructions and two small Allen wrenches. If you’re to the point of needing this, you may want a helper or someone to do this for you, as it’s fairly heavy to lift. One person can put it together by themselves, but you’ll need to be able to lift it. Again, it’s 47 pounds in weight fully assembled and you’ll have to be able to lift this.-You can get extra batteries for it, but they are a bit pricey. The company also makes battery powered devices for home improvement, lawn and garden so it’s likely it will be easy to get replacement batteries for a good while for this. I thought the batteries looked like a heavy battery for a device like that, and it does, it’s a hefty battery.-I’d always carry an extra battery with me if out in public. The batteries are fairly large and heavy (about like a standard powered home improvement device battery size), you won’t want someone to have to carry one with them. You can put one in the holder under the seat to hold the extra battery, but it must be fully charged as there’s no way to charge it during use.-You’ll want to practice use and operation in a more open space at first. Go to an open area or room in your home for initial practice. There is a learning curve to using it on the controls, power, speed and how to maneuver, control and steer it. Go slow at first as you learn, and try it in a more open area so that you don’t bump into anything as you learn.-This is not a toy for kids and you shouldn’t allow kids to play on it. The instructions clearly make it clear it has to be treated with respect.-This is a bit larger and long in size for inside the home use. There may be others that are smaller, more power chair size than scooter style that are smaller and shorter in length. This one has some length to it, so be sure it will fit in the area you want to use it in. Measure around areas such as hallways, doorways, the clearance in the bathroom and bedroom. You may need something smaller than this.-Always make sure the back tires are through a door or door way before you turn a corner or shut a door.-It is fairly heavy to lift, so be sure it’s not going to be too heavy for you to lift or to lift with a helper or for your helper to lift. It’s 47 pounds in weight fully assembled, and that’s the lifting weight.-Be sure it will fit in your vehicle folded. Look closely at the listing picture measurements for the folded area measurements to be sure it will fit. It may be easier to put in a trunk or hatchback than in the backseat and less risk to damaging your upholstery.-Depending on your circumstances, use, ability to lift or your helper’s ability to lift for you, you may want to look into a vehicle such as a van with a lift or a lift trailer or accessory for the back of your current vehicle. There may be ways to make it easier to take with you in public if you can’t lift it yourself.-This is not going to be a scooter you can take down steps or stairs riding on it. It will have to be carried unoccupied. If your home has steps, you may want to have a ramp built or get a portable ramp.-Really read and follow the directions for use, it’s important. Know what you can and can’t do with it during use. You’ll have to be careful to not get into puddles, potholes, rough ground or anything it can’t ride over.-You won’t likely be able to safely add extra baskets to it for more storage, it may add weight in areas that make it less stable or unbalanced if you do so.-You won’t be able to store it outside in moisture, rain, hot or cold weather. It will need to be sheltered inside or in a dry place.-It’s not rated for use on damp, wet surfaces in rain or for snowy or icy surfaces.-Note that the batteries also can not be stored for long periods in hot or cold areas. Use caution in your vehicle trunk in hot weather, as the batteries are LI (lithium ion) and can be a fire hazard in extreme heat (such is in hot weather in a vehicle trunk).-Always make sure the release mechanism has clicked in place when raising or lowering the handlebars.-Do not exceed the weight limit of 330 pounds with yourself and any item you carry with you.-It’s a one person scooter, don’t try to put two people on it or carry anyone else with you.-Be careful not to wear loose clothing, pants or skirts that are too long and loose, you don’t want them or any clothing catching in the wheels. Also watch for your shoelaces, you want to be sure they are fully tied and not loose. This also goes for household items like curtains, bedspreads, tablecloths, be careful not to get them caught in the wheels.-Be sure and fully install the seat for stability, if you don’t install the pins on it as instructed it won’t be stable. Install the pins after selecting your seat height, before you use it. It’s very stable under normal weight on the seat if you do this, it won’t be if you don’t install the pins properly. There are no stability issues if you put it together properly as instructed.-Note this is not for road or highway use, just home and general public use. It’s not a road rated scooter.-You are allowed (as the instructions say) to use this as a mobility device in most public places (but there may be rules on where you can park it in public, to not block an aisle, entrance or exit.)-The battery installs on the back (you have to exit the scooter seat to access the battery from the back of the scooter). You open the plastic battery compartment door, while pressing the battery button and sliding it on. You don’t just set the battery in the compartment, you have to install it much like you would a battery powered household home improvement device, in a slide on style.-Be sure the millage capability per battery is going to be enough for your use, and be sure to keep an extra battery charged and ready or with you.-This is not for rough, rocky ground or terrain. It can handle most average backyard use and going around town in normal terrain, but don’t expect it to be one for rougher, rocky terrain, ground or surfaces.-Note there are no arm rests, and no seat belts or safety straps on it.-Note that it does not appear to have a sound horn alert on it, if you want one you’ll have to add your own.

Outstanding performance in just a few hours! Quiet when operating and has eliminated the smell of cigarettes already . I am very impressed with this machine. Highly recommended –

Only downside is the turning radius
This is an amazing cart, I recently had surgery and being unable to walk and still wanting mobility we purchased this. Easy to assemble, lightweight enough to transport easily in the vehicle, the batteries hold a charge for quite sometime and the seat is very comfortable. I did find it easier to collapse the handle bars and pop the seat off for transporting vs trying to fold it which is a task when trying to balance on one leg. Valuable product for the money I highly recommend.

30% lighter than competitors!
You will find this scooter easier to manoeuvre in and out if the back of your car than many of it’s competitors. I moved from a 28kg motorised machine to this one, and weighing 30% less it’s far less of a struggle. Backed up by excellent support I’d recommend this to others

Safety concerns
Weighing in at under 22kg with a maximum user weight of 150kg (23 and half stone) is a good start. It comes with two batteries, similar to those found on power tools which give a total maximum range of 6.5 miles, or 3.25 each. There is storage on the seat post for the second battery so carrying it and changing it is easy. It drives nice and smoothly and as the rear wheelbase is nearly 24” wide it feels stable, as long as you corner with care. Riding it on a pavement with the camber and slopes for residents’ drives I was very aware of the slopes. I have used a variety of mobility scooters over the years and I felt the slopes a bit more with this one than others I have used, probably due to the small wheels, but even so I felt wary when riding it on anything other than a flat surface. So far so good, but now for the not so good.Firstly there is no motor brake, if you take your thumb off the throttle the scooter carries on moving, if you do nothing it will continue for quite a while depending on the surface. You have to apply a mechanical brake situated on the left hand side of the handlebars, similar to a bike. This means that, even with practice, this scooter takes at least a couple of feet to stop, whereas mobility scooters usually stop when you release the throttle, and stay stopped, this one you have to apply the brake and either hold it or lock it on, for which you use a small lever. This is quite fiddly and takes a bit of effort. Someone who struggles with coordination or dexterity would find this very difficult. The seat does not swivel so you have to step onto the foot plate before you can sit down, this could be an issue depending upon the user’s disability. The handlebars adjust up and down but there is no angle adjustment, and as the seat does not move forward you are stuck with it as it is.The locking catch that secures the handlebars when folded or for use is very stiff and isn’t easy to operate, and for most users this is a two person lift to get it into a car, it does take up quite a bit of space, even when folded, so if it needs to go in a car boot I would advise you check the measurements. At time of review this scooter was selling for £849 and is reasonable value. It is probably best suited to going round shops or shopping centres, or short local trips, anything more than that I think it would struggle. My main issue with it is the method of braking, I think this would be a safety issue with many users, especially if used alongside a larger scooter that has motor braking. I am a bit torn between giving it 4 stars, due to the price and weight or 3 stars because of the safety issue, but safety has to be the most important, so 3 stars it is.This is a review of an item received free as part of the Amazon Vine program. I make my reviews as objective as possible and only award 5 stars if I feel a product is really worth it and is something that I would be happy to buy.

Defective part
Plastic sleeve that the seat slides into was broken, causing the seat to wobble from side to side, doesn’t feel stable, otherwise the scooter is okay

Super handy for a 2 b journey in town (not for inside shops).
Handy for a gout sufferer! Wanted this to get my husband to go to the park during gout attacks, is ideal for this, packs away small so doesnt take up much room when not in use (and easy to transport). Took a while to put together and feels a bit lightweight with the small wheels but worked well on pavements (fairly smooth on route to park but does go over wooden bridge and a park track) – wouldnt take it cross country route as not that kind of unit. Has a wide turning circle so no good for in shops but for our purpose, it is good (so if needed for going to a cafe or restaurant to leave outside, that would work, you just need a bike lock). Battery holds charge well (havnt needed the second but handy to have should we need it for longer trips). Not the comfiest but okay. High priced but seems average for item.

Light weight; easy to use
I recently purchased a mobility scooter, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. One of the standout features is its wide turning circle, which makes navigating tight spaces and corners a breeze. The cylindrical exoskeleton contributes to its lightweight construction, allowing for easy maneuverability without sacrificing stability. What I particularly appreciate is how easy it is to fold and store in the boot of my car. This feature makes it incredibly convenient for outings, as I can quickly pack it away without any hassle. Despite its lightweight design, the scooter feels robust and sturdy, providing a sense of security while in use. Unlike many other mobility scooters that can be quite bulky, this one strikes a perfect balance between being compact and durable. While some individuals may prefer the bulkier designs for added security, I find this scooter’s sleek profile to be a significant advantage. It offers the support I need without feeling cumbersome. Overall, I highly recommend this mobility scooter for anyone seeking ease of use and a lightweight option that doesn’t compromise on strength. It has truly enhanced my mobility and independence!

The seat is extremely wobbly, feels unstable..
The seat wiggles in all directions & feels unsafe. So far have only used it in kitchen & hallway because it seems unsafe. It is a nice small size, but perhaps too flimsy because seat has swaying wiggle which is very frightening, so not really using it. Just “testing” it occassionally. We probably wont be able to sell it due to this scarey flaw.

Needed frequent charging
This is a good little mobility scooter. For seniors this is a bit challenging and that is purely due to safety concerns. Assembly took a bit of time due to the components and it is always a bit overwhelming. Nevertheless, the scooter was okay, charging took a bit of time and we had to frequently get it charged.Overall, this is a good design but a bit expensive in my opinion for the functionality it provides.

Sturdy construction but not manuverable
I was excited for my spouse to try this mobility scooter. They have limited range for walking and can’t do inclines. This seemed like a good option. For use in wide open and flat spaces this is a great scooter as it has plenty of power and the brakes work pretty well. However, the turning radius is remarkably wide. Turning around in a wide sidewalk width would take a long time and require many changes from forward to back. For a narrow sidewalk the user would need to dismount and turn it. It’s light so that’s not hard assuming the user isn’t physically limited. Using the scooter in a store would be difficult. For use on mostly flat pavement with wide areas to maneuver this is a great scooter. I would consider it for walking paths in parks and such.On inclines the scooter has to be kept in check using the brakes. The brakes work well enough for this but they can be noisy and the braking operation isn’t smooth. When braking the scooter makes a grinding sound and pulses. It will stop the scooter it’s just not a smooth operation. The braking and power are all done using one wheel. From a safety perspective I would much prefer braking be done with more than one of the wheels. I have a concern that if the user let it build up too much speed on an include the one wheel brake wouldn’t be able to stop it.The seat and handlebars look low but at 6’4″ I’m able to use the scooter easily as I have no movement limitations. My spouse is 5’9″ and it takes a bit of maneuvering to get into position. It would be better if the seat could rotate to allow an easier pivot into place for limited users. The scooter has a well made metal base that provides a solid foundation. It has a wide track and seems laterally stable. Assembly took a few minutes. The wheels are well made and provide a little rubbery contact with the ground. The wheels spin freely due to the use of ball bearing races. The seat is fairly wide with a somewhat low back but it’s comfortable enough. The scooter folds easily and isn’t too heavy for one person to lift. Two batteries are included which is a very nice add on. There is a spare battery storage bin on the seat. Changing the battery out is easy. Power wise it had no problem moving my 190lbs up a 10-15 degree incline. I have not tested the range. The controls are easy to use. There’s a power on/off switch and a forward/back slide switch and the brake lever on the left. The right has the accelerator thumb slider and the battery level check. There’s also a bell to warn those around the user. The brake control includes a parking brake locking mechanism. There are no lights or reflectors. The front does have spring suspension but it’s set so stiff i have to really work to get it to move at all. There’s no suspension on the rear wheels. The listing images and descriptions are reasonably accurate. The videos provide a good overview and show it being used in open spaces.

It didn’t fall apart after being sat on.
SuperHandy Passport Pro Mobility Scooter (2 48V 2Ah Li-Ion Batteries & Charger, rated 330lbs, Orange and Black, Brand: SuperHandy Store – Patent Pending)- You ever want to like something so much only to be very, very disappointed. Yeah, for me this is that thing. For me, really, this is a two and half star wanna be scooter, but I gave it a shaky three stars. Simply because it didn’t fall apart when I rode on it. And that’s saying a lot because I’m far, far below the rated weight limit. However, I am quite tall. Take this for whatever it is worth. No, I would not recommend this SuperHandy scooter for use to anyone with mobility issues.Let me break it down. After reading the manual, this scooter isn’t intended to be used outside. And for all practicality it shouldn’t be, I’ll explain in a moment – please. The manual describes a risk of tipping when transitioning from one surface to another, especially when encountering any inclines or declines. So, forget getting out of your driveway safely. I’m not dumb and didn’t give that a try at all. I value what mobility I have and would rather not risk a broken bone. Riding around in the grass would be a no go. There’s lots of lumps, bumps, and dips there. Plus, this scooter doesn’t have that sort of power. And if it does it would pretty much eat up the battery very, very quickly. And let’s chat about that. Hint, hint it’s underpowered (psst, trust me or not, I know lots about scooter batteries). It’s only powered by one of the batteries, not two. The other one you haul around till you need it. And well, I didn’t use it long enough to find out when that would be. Why you ask.I got this scooter to use around my home and possibly at the grocery store. And if I was brave, rolling with one of my dogs to the mailbox. Except it’s not practical to use in either of these places. Or in the latter situation, safely. I live in a large accessible home. I couldn’t get this SuperHandy scooter around my very accessible wide pathways kitchen island without trying to back up multiple times. And then my partner basically had to pick it up and physically turn it so I could go on about my business. I couldn’t even turn into my wide hallways or out of them into the next room. So, this thing got parked fast and left there to collect dust. It’s got to turn to be useful. You see, if you’re brave enough to use this SuperHandy scooter outside like on the sidewalk. Exactly how will you be able to make the turn at the end of the sidewalk. Or let’s say I actually took it into the grocery. Would I just play skip an aisle while I shopped because of this ridiculous turning radius. Yeah, no. This isn’t practical. This SuperHandy scooter also rolls if a parking brake isn’t engaged. It keeps rolling also if you just let go of the gas. Neither of which in my opinion is very safe at all. And if it can’t handle going up or down without the risk of tipping. That’s not safe either. And while this last issue isn’t a biggie thing for me. For many of my friends and acquaintances, this would be an issue. The seat doesn’t swivel to the side for getting into or out of. You have to either sit on it wrong and try to swing into place or straddle the board and sit. So yes, another safety issue, potentially for some.I have 20+ years of experience with various mobility equipment for personal use. After seeing all the advertisement and reading what a nice scooter it is, I really wanted to like this scooter. I don’t recommend this SuperHandy scooter. Unless you just want to roll forwards and backwards on a smooth surface with no inclines. It’s collecting dust bunnies for now. Waiting to be transported out of here. And me, well I’m still looking for a handy indoors model.

Nice lightweight mobility scooter
Assembly was easy. Missing one screw to secure one of the fenders but I had a spare so I didn’t worry about contacting the vendor. Breaks down quickly–read the directions. Took me a minute to get the battery to latch but once I got it, replacing it was easy the next time. Depending on your abilities, it can be a little tricky to move by yourself. Fit in the back seat of a sedan when folded.Onto the important bits: I rode it around my neighborhood for about a half mile. Reasonably hilly. Handled the uphill sections great. No problems. Brakes are okay but the wheels may lock a bit if you aren’t careful. I suspect with more riding you’d get the feel for it (kind of like switching cars). It’s important to use the break as if you release the accelerator going up hill, the scooter will roll backwards–much like a standard transmission in neutral. The brake has a parking break setting. It’s good to use that when parked, just remember to take it off when you get ready to go (it only took me five minutes or to remember I set it). Reverse works well. Comes with a handy basket–you’ll want to take it off if you are folding it but it comes on and off easily. Comes with two batteries and has easy access to store a spare battery. The company makes other products that use the same battery so it should be easy to pick up an extra if needed. Both batteries came fully charged. The on switch is on the left side of the handle bar. There is a switch that looks like it should turn it on on the right. It’s a battery condition check tool. Useful, but I wish it had more than three lights. On my half mile journey, it moved from fully charged to the middle light.I found the scooter to be very stable though I didn’t try a slalom course. The scooter does come with a warning not to do a sharp turn at full speed.Overall, the scooter seems like a great option for portability.

45lb foldable Scooter
This little scooter is something else! The box it comes in is massive, but the scooter itself is much more compact. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and the setup time took about 20 min (half of the time was unpacking). The assembly requires 1 wrench not included. The steering yoke is loose so it can be setup for use, but it required additional tightening to get it aligned with the wheels. The unit has plenty of zip and speed. Others have noted that the turning is a bit wife, bit you can back up amd turn around or simply pickup the back and manuever. The batteries are easy to charge. Not sure how this will handle.in rain – it appears to be mostly sealed on the electronics, but I suspect this is not going to do well in the rain. This is a nice little unit for those whose mobility is not the best and it is rated for 330lbs – which I believe – it felt surprisingly stable.

Pretty good mobility scooter
Easy set up and fairly intuitive controls. So far the handling seems to be pretty good and I haven’t had any major issues so far during usage. It’s not perfect, but I think overall it’s pretty good for the price.

Pretty good little scooter for the money!
This little scooter is very well built, has a decent top speed, and comes with 2 batteries! Assembly consists of installing the 2 front wheels, which is just 2 washers and a nut on the axle, installing the 2 front fenders, also very easy, bolting the seat to the seat pole, then insert the seat pole into the scooter. Battery life seems pretty good and it has a nice storage bin for the spare battery if the first one dies while you are out and about. The 48v batteries look like drill batteries but are obviously keyed differently. But an easy form factor to work with. The charger simply plugs into the battery, so no need to keep the scooter next to an outlet. It is comfortable enough for an extended use if need be. The only thing I wish it did better would be a tighter turning radius. If you are in a tight space, be prepared to do a multi-point turn. All in all not a bad mobility scooter for the cost. Not sure you can get anything better for this price point.

Assembly is tightening 2 nuts, 4 bolts, and 2 screws
The Super Handy Scooter arrived in a large box that is heavy but not excessively so. The parts well packed there is allot of empty space in the box. The total assembly time is under 30 minutes from the moment you open the box, read the directions, and finally assemble the unit. Here are some assembly tips:Front Wheel Installation:I could not find the needed nuts and washers, eventually I found them, they were installed on the front wheel shaft that was covered by packaging insulation.Note that the instructions mention two washers per wheel—one on each side of the wheel. However, my unit came with only one washer per wheel.Consider upgrading the two plain nuts that secure the front wheels to nylon lock nuts. This will prevent the wheels from falling off during use, resulting in a bad time.Seat Assembly:The instructions indicate that the battery pack should be on either the left or right side. The bolt layout of the seat allows for the battery pack holder to be positioned in the front or back as well. However, if you assemble the battery pack in the front or back, the seat lock pin on the seat stem will not sit properly on the bottom seat lock. The battery holder even with the extra battery installed won’t interfere with the rider while sitting on the seat in any position.Handlebar Stem:Vigorously tighten the handlebar stem shaft. There is no physical locking mechanism (aka lock pin) that limits the rotation of the handlebars (aside from the bicycle handlebar stem lock). If it’s not tightened enough, the handlebars may slip when the wheels reach their maximum left or right turning radius. If the handlebars bars are not tight enough, the jolt generated when hitting this physical wheel limit, may cause the steering to become misaligned in bad case or totally unresponsive in the worst case. Again, not a fun time. when this occurs, realign the handlebar steam and add more tension to the lock. The kit includes two Allen wrenches. You’ll need a 13mm and 14/15mm wrench to install the seat and front wheels. The batteries come fully charged, so once assembled you good to go, unless it’s raining outside.Rain stopped, road trip.Riding this up and down the side was a breeze, but the sidewalk cracks made for a bumpy ride. The extra battery, though secured, rattled on the bigger bumps. Note there is suspension on the front wheels but not on the back wheels. The ride was not bumpy on the driveway and on the street. The scooter was able to handle curbs without issue. The speed was not as fast as I wanted it to be. The scooter goes slightly faster than a very fast walker, but a slow jogger would be faster than the scooter. I also discovered that the handlebar battery power level indicator button was ripped. I sent in another email for a replacement part as noted in the scooter documentation.

Very compact for a mobile scooter
This was the ONLY scooter that would fold up small enough to fit in the trunk of my husband’s antique 1971 dodge dart. It is good transportation for the price. Very pleased with it so far. Extra battery a plus, and it’s very lightweight, easy to pick up and put in the trunk.

Almost good…
I was so excited to get this scooter. My regular scooter was in the shop and thought it was perfect for emergency situations. Well, I thought that it was going to be great. But… No turn radius, AT ALL. you can’t go into a store or a busy environment because you will have to do a 20 point turn around to get around a simple grocery isle. Next, it feels like it’s going to fall apart right from the first ride. The seat is wobbly, the handle is short and wobbly, and it is not made for people with longer legs. I’m 5’9 and I have to fold up to sit on it. It is very portable, the batteries are an amazing design, great if you are out and about. Quick change batteries. Very easy to fold and lift, but I would not recommend for regular use.

Scooter ride
While the scooter is light weight it’s not a very smooth ride on sidewalks and the seat is definitely something to be desired is hard and very uncomfortable. If you have trouble with hand grip trying to fold it will be a problem. And the scooter has absolutely no turning radius at all you may have to go forward and back up to get turned around.

Poor workmanship
I like the scooter the issue is the seat. The vinyl doesn’t cover the foam and it’s sticking out on the side of the seat and one of the screws are stripped, which could be a safetyHazard we called numerous times. They haven’t gotten back to us very disappointed if you don’t wanna be treated this way, I would look for a different company to purchase a scooter very disappointed, senior citizen thank you. Wide radius turning
1). This scooter makes very wide turns. I doubt would be able to turn in the next aisle of a grocery store.I was able to improve turning by repositioning the tie-rods on the steering column.2). Speed/brake controller is odd. Should be single lever control, release the lever scooter should stop, this scooter free wheels, hand brake must be used. There is a separate switch to use reverse. Should operate like scooters supplied at stores.3). No key for scooter, if used in public and you leave the scooter, anyone can take it.4). Bolts on rear wheels stick out and are a safety hazard.5). Would like to be able to disassemble more to fit in car. Requires a large trunk opening or an SUV. Can not load it into my mid-size coupe, have to use my truck.Range has not yet been verified.Update:Delayed trying extended use because one of the batteries included would not accept a charge, had to buy a spare battery before attempting longer trial run.Range seems to be good. Took the scooter to our local zoo which has a number of ‘hills’ to view the various animals. Took it all without any problems.Downside though, with one wheel drive, I had to pull the scooter with the rider through the petting area which is dirt. So did not try other ‘off road’ paths.

Really great
I love this scooter! It took 2 days to arrived, and was in the biggest box I have ever seen, but apart from a few bolts, it was pretty much put together. My husband tightened it all up and we took it to the seaside for a test drive along the promenade. They weight limit is an amazing 330lb which is really good, lots of chairs and scooters have a limit a lot less. Both me and my husband took it in turns, firstly to get used to driving it, but then over some bumps and around corners to see how roadworthy it is.We are both really impressed. It holds the road a lot better than my daughters wheelchair, and is a surprisingly comfortable ride. I did feel the chair seemed a little loose on hills, but I guess that is just the suspension, as the chair was secure and tightly bolted together. There is a D/R button for drive and reverse.Once switched on, move to F or R then hold the trigger. There is a brake to stop it, or take your thumb off the trigger. It folds down quite well although you need to remove the chair to store somewhere. The only negative is that there is no key, so I don’t feel like I can leave it outside a shop which is a slight negative, as there are so many places that don’t have adequate access. The scooter is orange, it isn’t the most attractive to look at. But it won me over at the speed and comfort. I didn’t expect that the seating position would be as comfortable as it was.It doesn’t fit in our car, which is a huge shame, without putting the seats down. It also isn’t quite as light as I hoped. My Dad will be having a knee operation soon and at 79, I don’t think he will be able to lift this up to put in his car, but he has plenty of storage space at home, so it will be ideal for him to be able to use it for taking his dog for a walk, or for going to the local shop. The batteries are really easy to take out and put back in when charged, and they are really light! The come with 50% but you should charge them fully before use. There is a battery indicator light on the handlebars so you know how much charge you have left.Overall I am SO impressed with this scooter, and especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it!!

Damaged handlebars
I received this mobility scooter as part of the Vine program; however, my reviews are unbiased, and I only leave reviews after thoroughly testing the product. This scooter definitely has its applications and will give freedom of movement to someone, but I do feel that it’s overpriced and lacks quality in some areas.Let’s start with how it arrived: in a very large box. The target demographic for this would definitely need someone around to help them assemble and put it together. It doesn’t take a lot of time to assemble, but it is very heavy. If you have limited mobility, you will require help in assembling this. The actual assembly was quick and easy. It was just a matter of taking everything out and bolting on a few parts. In the box, you do get the tools required to do this, but they are quite flimsy. I would recommend that you use more robust, durable tools.Once everything was out, I did notice that the top of the brake lever had some damage. It looked like it was a part of quality control issue, the paint wasn’t quite correct and was bubbling. The rest of the scooter was perfectly fine. However, if I had parted with my own hard-earned cash, I would definitely have sent it back and requested a new one to be sent. The scooter comes with two batteries. It only needs one at a time to run, and it has a compartment at the bottom to store the spare battery while the other one is in use. This means if you’re using it out and about, you can conveniently swap over the batteries. Each battery has an indicator showing how much power it has, and this displays on the handlebars, so you can easily see how much power is remaining, which is very helpful.I really like the color. It’s a very bright orange, which is good for visibility. However, the issue I have is with the sheer weight of this item and the cost. I wouldn’t say it’s particularly durable. It will take up to 330 lbs, but I don’t think the seat would realistically support that much weight. There are no gears on this scooter, so it’s literally push and go. It’s like walking speed, more something that would help a person with limited mobility around the garden, the house, or on very short walks. Its USP is that it’s foldable and can be put into a car. While this is true, there are a few things to remember. First, it’s heavy. Second, while it says it’s foldable, you still need to remove the seat to make it foldable, so it’s not as convenient as it seems. It will easily fit in most cars, but if you have a very small narrow boot, it might not actually be for you. There’s a noticeable delay when going forward and reverse. When you first engage forward or reverse, there is at least a one-second pause before it actually moves, which might not be ideal in situations where you need to get out of the way.In terms of stability, yes, it’s quite stable. However, it would really benefit from having some armrests on the seat. Also, it has suspension, but there’s no suspension on the back where you actually sit and need it, which means you feel every single bump. The suspension is on the front, where it’s not needed. It would have been better at the back.Charging the batteries took some time. However, once they were charged, they lasted a reasonable amount of time, comparable to any other scooters in this price range.Apart from the quality issue with the bubbled paint on the handlebars, the price at the time of writing this review was £899.99, which I’ve confirmed is the going retail price for this product. However, I do think it is overpriced for what you are getting. It’s essentially a glorified scooter with a seat. It’s missing a lot of key features such as reflectors, safety equipment, and a few other things that would make this better to take out on the street. It is saved by the fact that it is convenient and can be folded up. However, the only way I think this scooter is useful is if you need something to throw in the back of your car, go on a short walk with, and if the shops are relatively close by. If you need something more robust, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Portable. Quick. Easy assembly.
Putting this together was simple, I actually thought it would be complicated but I was pleasantly surprised. The instructions that come with this are clear and easy to follow.Once built, it’s very sturdy.I like the seat, its spongy and comfortable, although I’d have preferred the seat to be wider, not for personal reasons but because it might be unsuitable for larger adults. It’s quite quick at moving too, like a brisk walking pace. It’s easy to operate and very smooth. What I love most about this scooter is the fact you can fold it, it’s ideal for putting in the boot of the car and pulling out when you need it.The reason it’s priced at 899.99 is due to the sheer quality and reliability of this excellent scooter.

Love it 😃
It took me less than 10 minutes to put it together wheels and everything, and it all fits perfectly. It is all metal and hard plastics which gives you a lot of confidence, the seat is very soft in comparison and nice to use honestly I have very little to complain. The wheels as small as they are they are very sturdy and the back suspensions are amazingly soft.I even managed to drive it over grass and lawn even though it clearly wasn’t made for this, speed wise you have more than adequate speed backwards and forward. It is easy to charge and takes as long as it takes you to charge a Makita heavy hammer drill. The only caveat is the fact that the back wheels’ clearance is bigger than the front ones which means that even if you go through a tight space with the front wheels..it doesn’t mean the back wheels will pass as well..and it is a shame as it makes it a little bit harder to approximate when you go pass someone or a kerb..other than that no complains.

Folding scooters often have many flaws, this is one of the better ones.
The box it arrives in is big, but a majority is packing to protect the device. Putting it together was easy. Most of the work is done for you. The two front wheels need attaching, a couple of bolts. The seat needs attaching. Four bolts. That is it. I was impressed.Batteries arrived fully charged, both of them. A 330lb weight limit is impressive for such a scooter. Many foldable scooters are much less. Once assembled, it feels study. Folding and unfolding is a simple matter. The handle bars fold flat. The seat is removed via it’s post, and the seta itself fold flat. The seat has some padding, but it’s minimal to allow folding flat. As with all scooter that fold flat, extras such as well padded seats, and suspension are luxuries. So if you have a bad back that that could be made worse from rough pavements, you might need to buy an extra cushion.Driving is a breeze, but as with anything new it might take some adapting too. The turning circle is large, so narrow spaces could be tricky to manoeuvre. The chair feels remarkable stable on odd gradients. The small wheels mean it will not handle rough ground, and it struggled with damp grass. This is to be expected. The build quality is great, this adds to the confidence when using it. No squeaks and rattles. It’s a shame a key is provided, so if leaving outside a shop some kind of lock will need to be purchased. The batteries are easy to swap over, and are similar in size to those found on cordless power tools. A spare battery can be carried in a slot under the seat. A battery level indicator is easy to read on the handle bars. A charger is included. I wasn’t able to find details about purchasing spare batteries from SuperHandy, but I’m sure they are available somewhere? The weight of this scooter, once folded, feels like a heavy adult’s bike. All the weight is at one end with the motor. I could imagine some people having issues getting it into their carboot. If you have rear doors that open wide, it could easily lay upon the back seats. These are things to consider before purchase.Overall, this is a great mobility scooter. All foldable scooters have limitations, but this has so few compared to many available. The price, whilst not cheap it is very competitive. Many more expensive models are heavier, and have lower weight restrictions. I think this is a great buy.

Game changer for the mobile.
SuperHandy 4-Wheel Mobility Scooter – Lightweight, Foldable, 48V 2Ah Li-Ion Battery, Adjustable, Flat-Free Tires, 330lbs CapacityThis product looks set to transform my mother in law’s life. She has been more or less housebound for years and doesnt go out unless we are there to take her places. We have tried and tried to get her to buy a mobility scooter, but it has taken us taking this round and demonstrating how easy it is to use to convert her. This week she has tootled down to the local shops when she has needed things and not needed to ask us to drive round, which has already given her a sense of independence. It arrived very well packed and you can sometimes tell just from the packaging that this is a company that has quality in mind, even the boxes were solid and well supported. From getting it out of the box to having it working was about 20 minutes. It is a simple as the very basic instructions shown on the listing. The only thing we initially thought was that the seat didn’t feel as stable as it could, but we soon realised that only happens if you put the battery compartment at the back of the seat. Move this to the front or side and the seat properly clicks into place. It is very simple to operate and after a couple of goes to set the controls in the garden we took it for a spin down the lane. We found the turning angle to be fine on the paths near us, but we realised that when my mother in law would be trying it on her narrow terraced streets it may have been more of an issue to completely turn back into the opposite direction. However, it hasn’t been, as she just crosses the road to go back the other way to goes round the block and back to her house. She has no issues for the places she wants to go. She is a frail 80 year old though, many people would be able to turn it round if needed. We have taken her to lytham for the day and she has gone for miles on the sea path, something she hasn’t done for a long time.So we are delighted with it, and just wish we had bought her one a long time ago and forced her out on it. As it took us telling her she needed to use this so I could give it a better review, to convince her to try it. She now just keeps it in the lobby of her home and can go out on it when she likes. Having a spare battery will be useful to anyone who wants to go longer distances.A scooter that has tyres with air in may be more comfortable to ride in some cases, but we have found that where we are using this it is perfectly comfortable enough. Im hefty, and I find it a comfortable enough ride. Not having tyres that can get punctures is a plus point for us.The product came with a leaflet that indicates that this is a company who makes a lot of good quality products, probably more well known in the US than here in the UK, but we wouldn’t hesitate to choose them after the experience with this scooter.

Opened Up Possibilities for My Mom
My mother is 80 years old with some chronic health conditions. Most days she is fine to walk on her own but there are days when she is weak and has to use a walker. When she has a flare of a health conditions, she tends to feel trapped because she doesn’t have the strength to walk around the grocery store or anywhere else for more than a few minutes on her walker. I love that this gives her the ability to sit and go, and it fits easily in the back of my midsize utility vehicle. I can take her to her doctor appointments and just park instead of dropping her off at the door because she loves driving it across the parking lot. It does drive across their lawn, but only if the grass is completely dry. I am a 58 year old woman and I can lift it out of my vehicle but it’s too heavy for me to easily lift from the ground to put it back. I do have to remove the seat and put the steering handle down to it’s lowest position to be able to fold it flat. The only other issue I have with this is the turning radius, it has to have a lot of room to turn. Love the size and portability.

It’s okay
My husband has nerve issues and has had several surgeries. We got this so he could go with me when I go running, until he can run again. He said it was fairly easy to assemble, but that he’d prefer some higher quality hardware so the components don’t come loose with use. He said he’ll look next time we’re at the local home store. The scooter doesn’t turn very tight turns, and doesn’t go very fast- I can outpace it at a slow jog, but for safety purposes, it’s fine. It has a fairly smooth ride, rattles a little, but he’s hoping it will improve with new nuts, washers, etc. It comes with two batteries, so that’s a plus. It was a little tricky to fold it to put into the van at first, but easy once he got the hang of it.

Good on the go
This is a pretty nifty scooter. It folds up well and isn’t too heavy. The battery holds a decent charge. The maneuverability is good and works really well on smooth surfaces, but you might have some issues on grass or dirt. It has a good amount of power behind it. Great choice for a portable option.

Could be more adjustable
The overall situation is great. It’s very usable and works great. The biggest complaint we have is that the seat doesn’t move back any. My dad is a taller man at 6’2 and the seat is just a bit too close to be comfortable.
